Love, Joy, Laughter and Grief
There are so many energies that are part of living in a human body on earth.
This past spring, my siblings and I were rocked to our cores by the loss of one of us, our oldest brother Jack.
Loss is part of life, it’s expected, and also not expected. I did not expect this loss at this time, even though this is part of life. I wrote a piece about this experience, and the unexpected Joy I found in the midst of creating and hosting (with my sisters and nephew) an online memorial for my brother. Read it here: Joy and Grief.
Meanwhile, I’ve been in my own deep dive and transformation. I may be in what is considered the ‘third act’ of life, and I also feel like I’m finally finding something within myself that I’ve been seeking for a while. I’m grateful for the opportunities to turn over all the rocks I was carrying, choose to release some, and transform others. Doing this work has made it easier to create, share, and tell my own truth.
