Dream a brand new dream tonight

Today is a perfect day to begin dreaming a brand new dream, a beautiful grandiose dream, a dream that can change the whole future of humanity, dream.

When you give yourself full rein to dream, without effort or worry over whether your dreams can become real, you open up to the most prolific creative part of you - your spirit.

As you allow yourself to step into a world you imagine, your powerful spirit gets to work. Previously imagined blocks toward your dreams fall away - you can feel a good dream deeply in your body. Even if it’s not ‘real’ yet in your day to day world, it’s alive and real inside of you. It is your job to protect your dream, and to nurture it, own it, love it.

If you can find a way to step away from the negative voices that tell you it’s not possible, it’ll never happen, everyone knows it’s too late, blah blah blah nonsense that tries to convince you to not even try to make your dreams real, you can get on your journey and start creating. If you don’t do this, you’ll resent your dreams, and find a way to make other people’s dreams wrong. The invalidated cynic can do a lot of damage.

You have power in your ability to dream big dreams.

We humans often get stuck in believing that each one of us alone can’t do a whole lot, and that what we dream about can never happen. What is the cost when you underestimate yourself? One person underestimating themselves can spread that invalidating energy like a nasty cold. If one person has the power to spread that kind of unhappy energy, imagine what you could do with a kinder, happier, validating energy.

If you decide to make room for a creative environment of possibilities in yourself, inside of your own space, it would also spread. Without being responsible for anything outside of yourself, you become a great healing wherever you go. How will you choose to use your power?

You already know how this works, especially if you’ve spent time with people or in places that felt uncomfortable for you.

If you couldn’t wait to get away from a particular place because it felt so wrong for your body, there was energy in that place that was toxic to you, and your body was telling you this. Bodies are pretty smart, and it’s wise to listen to them. When your body feels well, happy, validated, it will tell you that too.

When you are around people who are carrying toxic energy around within them, it’s also uncomfortable for you, especially if you’re not in agreement to carry that toxic load within yourself. It’s hard to dream big dreams of change and possibility around people who seem determined to shut down and squash every last creative molecule of those dreams.

When you are able to be in your own body, your ability to create becomes more conscious. You can feel in charge of yourself, and your own creations. There’s a sense of being real, and having your life working for you.

This is when you bring your new dreams into reality.

It’s time to welcome your wildest dreams, immerse yourself in them. See them being real for you, see yourself making them happen. If you limit yourself out of fear of failure, you’ll never know what you are actually capable of creating. Only you can decide to take that first step, then the next ones after that. Once you get in the habit of dreaming, it gets easier.

Even if you occasionally fall flat, you will have found the courage to live your truth. It's the perfect time to dream a new dream.
