Deep diving into seeing energy with a clairvoyant reader
There's always more to see just beneath the surface. It can feel like a whole new world once you look.
Hello everyone! This week’s newsletter is about using the spiritual ability of clairvoyance to see more deeply into everyday life.
I’ve always enjoyed seeing what was beneath the surface. As a clairvoyant, I read the pictures around energies and things, it’s endlessly fascinating to me, and also a way I find my own space with difficult and challenging themes.
Thank you for being here, and for reading! If you’d like to know more about my work, or schedule a session with me, you can find me online in a few places these days.

Deep diving into seeing energy with a clairvoyant reader
I realized early on in my training as a clairvoyant that reading the energy of something helped me to find peace and space with it, to have my own answers, and even heal myself.
Once I realized I could do this, I started looking clairvoyantly at the energy of my work, art, relationships with others, and anything else I wanted to see more clearly. Learning to see this way made it easier to have space and know my own truth with what I’m creating or stuck on, rather than get caught up in trying to solve it.
Seeing as a clairvoyant is not about solving, analyzing, or controlling. Getting into the habit of looking beneath the surface of things to see what’s there often turns into a deep dive. You can look at the energy of anything or anyone - it’s interesting, informative, and educational to do this. Deciding to see the energy dispels a lot of the unconsciousness and fogginess around things, and helps to clear out anxiety and fears about what isn’t known or seen on the surface.
Often we ‘skim the surface’, there’s just so much we need to process in any given day that it can be overwhelming. It can be challenging to really see into the truth of something, and there are a few social taboos about looking too closely.
Clairvoyance is an ability that makes it possible to look beneath the surface and see what’s really happening. This is a human ability, a skill you can develop and have for yourself. It’s within you, nobody bestows your clairvoyant ability upon you. You can choose to do the work required to have it for yourself if you want it.
Clairvoyants can be nerdy, the good kind of nerdy.
We will keep looking into something until we see it, or find what we’re looking for. Curiosity is a big part of doing this, wonder and playfulness help. Amusement is one of the best tools any of us have for simply living, and it really works well with your spiritual abilities. You also have to want to see something in order to see it. Getting all serious and trying hard only gets in the way. Trying to see something exactly the way others see it doesn’t work. Competition has no useful place in the clairvoyant game.
You have your own way, and the key to having your clairvoyance is looking and learning to trust yourself. It can be very helpful to learn good grounded energy tools and have instruction from a teacher you trust. It’s hard to learn to do this from a book on your own.
Neutrality, or non-judgment, is a key skill one develops while learning how to read energy. It is difficult to see anyone or anything if you look through a lens of judgment, expecting that person to appear a certain way. If you judge, or expect to see something, you won’t see a thing. One of the first things taught to clairvoyant students is to consciously look without judging. This can be trickier than it seems!
Seeing without judging is the healing in giving a reading to another person. Do you remember the last time someone said hello to you without judging you in any way? How refreshing to have a non-judgmental hello! To have someone say, ‘I see you’ without any other energy coming with is amazing and on its own moves a lot of energy.
Imagine being able to do this for yourself, instead of judging you.
Try this: sit in a quiet place, close your eyes, and go within. Breathe and quiet yourself, let go of outside demands. Then, start to say hello - to you, to your body, to anything you’ve been solving or trying to understand. It’s a simple exercise, just a hello without trying to solve or fix anything. Notice if any judgment comes up and gently let it go. What happens when you do this?
Clairvoyants are trained to see energy and pictures, and to look for what lies beneath.
As a psychic reader and teacher, I’ve become accustomed to digging beneath the surface of things, looking at a deeper level of an energy that may be showing up for myself, a client, or a student. Whatever sits on the surface may sometimes appear to be the energy causing whatever is happening, but it’s often far from it.
I see it as being a bit like an archeological dig, one clue or picture leading to the next, until finally the original picture, programming, energy, trauma, or whatever it is - can be seen.
Sometimes getting to this core level takes a while, we really do need to simply deal with whatever is right in front of us now, today. Going to the root immediately, at least when it comes to energy work, may not always be available. There’s a time of new growth every time something new is seen, an ‘aha’ moment brings along an adjustment of our energy, and that can bring healing to a part of us that was wanting to have it.
We humans are creatures of habit, we adapt to what we have now, even if we don’t like it, or it’s not ideal. This means our bodies become accustomed to the present reality, even if that reality is painful. Survival instincts kick in, and sometimes this includes unconsciousness. We may not be ready to get to the core of a thing yet, because we have some steps to take along the way before we can reach this point.
Why does this matter in terms of being psychic?
Using your psychic abilities for yourself, in a validated conscious way and on purpose, makes it possible for you to access your own information, healing ability, and creative spirit in a way you may not have known possible before.
As a psychic teacher, I love seeing others find their way to their own abilities, turn them on in a creative conscious way, and direct them for themselves to enhance their own lives. It’s so much fun to see people grow and realize their own power.
I’m teaching a Foundation Meditation class this coming June, 2024. This class is filled with psychic and meditation tools and information, and is a great beginning, or wonderful addition to your own practice. Read more and sign up here.
